  First I was never told in the beginning what my price could be and I even stated I was a first timer. Second it took a week and a half as opposed to the 3 days they said, they did call to ask for more time but never called to say when it was or would be ready. Then I end up paying $33 for a semi formal dress that I only paid $40 for at a second hand store. There was really only 1 spot we noticed when we took it in & I'll be damned that when we put the dress on that spot was still there & even more noticeable that before. Very upset :( I'm guessing that's the reason this place has the least stars in Brighton.
