    Staff and volunteers are friendly and take the time to make sure all your questions are answered. Fully knowledgeable about pets and their needs. They want the animals to feel safe and happy while in their stay and do their best to bring out their best side. They really care about finding everyone their perfect home, and they treat them with the most respect I have seen of any shelter (all of which obviously care for animals as well).
