    Online says they close at 9pm, and the sign confirms that, but manager on duty had the entrance door already locked and quickly walked over to lock the exit because we were approaching the building at 8:50pm.
    Even after I told her all I wanted to do was walk to the portrait studio so I know exactly where I'm bringing my kids in the morning since this is the 1st time we will be using their portrait studio, she continued to block the doors to keep us out. Some manager...
