  Dr. Euser is absolutely great. The staff is completely incompetent.
  
  My on-line pharmacy sent three notices to try and get prescriptions but the office never responded despite the fact that I called ahead and set it all up. A week later on Saturday the pharmacy notified me that they had heard nothing and I called the following Monday. I was told that they were waiting signatures and they would go out that afternoon. Called Tuesday to verify and was told that they were signed but nobody bothered to send them to the pharmacy. It has now been 10 days to get a prescription filled and I will now run out before the shipment arrives. Euser is great but I cannot trust my health to his office staff.
