  I am HIGHLY disappointed with the service we received from this company. My husband and I are in the process of selling our home - per our inspection, we needed to hire a landscape company to grade around the perimeter of our house. Since we are fairly new to the area, we relied on Google reviews to choose a landscape company. BAD IDEA! We scheduled a 3:30 appointment with Robert - he was to send an employee to our home. My husband specifically left work early to meet him and get a quote. Not only did nobody show, but nobody would answer the phone. After several calls, Robert finally texted my husband and sent a barrage of unprofessional texts. He asked my husband to stop calling, lied saying that his guy showed and no one was home, and then told us they weren't interested in doing the work. HUGE WASTE OF TIME. I have worked in customer service for many, many years and I am appalled at the way this situation was handled. As a small business, Google reviews and word of mouth are VERY important. This business owner will not be getting ANY positive feedback from us.
